  • You’ve provided accurate vehicle details (VIN, modifications, fuel type, etc.)
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information can lead to incorrect tuning

We aren’t responsible for problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information.

4. Performance and Risk Disclaimer

Tuning a vehicle carries inherent risk.

By using our services, you understand and accept that:

  • Performance modifications can put added stress on the engine and drivetrain
  • Outcomes vary depending on the condition and setup of your vehicle
  • You’re taking on all risk associated with using tuned software

Clark Turner Tuning is not liable for mechanical failure, damage, or loss resulting from use of our products or services.

5. Emissions and Legal Compliance

You’re responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

  • Some tuning options may not be street-legal
  • Certain modifications can impact emissions compliance

By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • Clark Turner Tuning bears no responsibility for any regulatory violations on your part

We accept credit card, ACH/bank transfer, and other payment methods made available at checkout.

  • Files are delivered electronically
  • You’re responsible for correctly installing or flashing the file
  • Improper installation can cause damage

All digital products are final sale, per our separate Refund Policy.
