Once we receive and verify all info, we will send you back the necessary file(s). Files are returned 24-48 after being received during business hours unless expedited service was paid for. All files received after 10:00am MST may be processed the following business day. Files are processed Monday to Friday. All support is done via our Email Support Ticket system.
