Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. In most cases, your vehicle can be flashed back to its original stock file at any time.

Some vehicles require ECU removal (bench flash), while others can be tuned through the OBDII port without removing anything.

Not always. Many vehicles see gains on stock hardware, but upgraded components (intake, exhaust, etc.) can further improve performance.

To cancel an order, you must send a message to our Support Team. If the message is received and time stamped after an order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You can return the unused product per our Shipping and Returns policies and a refund will be issued less any shipping costs.
Please see our Shipping and Returns policy page here which you agreed to at checkout. We have very strict policies on software and tuning hardware use. Refunds and returns are not available for any product that has been used or exceeds our time frames established.
Typically there is nothing to modify on a order. Unless you ordered a tune for a Jaguar but you have a Subaru, that would warrant a change. You must send an email to our support team with your order number and what you are needing to change. If an ECU or a tuning device has already shipped that requires this specific change, you will be responsible for return and redispatch charges.
Once an order is received and processed, tracking is sent to your email on file. This is shipped with one of the major carriers to which you can easily paste it in google to look up the status. For bench flash ECUs being returned to the customer, we will send you a direct email with your return shipping information.

Depending on your vehicle, tuning can be completed via:

  • OBDII (plug-in device)
  • Bench ECU (removal required)
  • Remote file service

OBDII: usually is done the same day as long as we have the car or file before 10:00am MST. Bench flash really depends on when we receive your ECU. We typically get these out the following day.

Power gains vary by vehicle and setup, but most customers see noticeable increases in horsepower and torque, along with improved throttle response and smoother power delivery.
