This Data Log / Diagnostic Review service is intended for existing Clark Turner Tuning customers who have previously received a tune and are experiencing new or ongoing vehicle performance or drivability issues outside of their original tuning support period. Standard tuning support is typically provided for up to 30 days after the final tuning file is received; if you are outside of this support window, this service must be purchased before additional diagnostic review can be performed. Our tuning team will review your vehicle information and submitted data logs to help identify potential issues and provide recommendations for the next steps. After purchasing, please submit your current data logs along with a detailed description of the issue through our File Upload page. Please include your original order number whenever possible so we can reference your previous tuning information.
CT Tuning software is purchased with the intention of using these products for Racing Competition Only. As the authorized purchasing party, you understand that some or all of these parts may not comply with Federal, State, Province, and/or Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. As the buyer, you take responsibility to ensure that any modifications or upgrades that have been done to your vehicle conform to all applicable laws and regulations for road use, especially pertaining to safety and emissions. To make a purchase, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that these products are intended for Racing Competition Only and not meant to be used on a road car.
