The safest answer is to flash your car back to stock before you go to the dealer for any service. If a dealer were to do a ECU software update, it will wipe out your tune file and the end user tool will not work. This means you will have to pay a fee to get an updated tuned file and possibly reset the tool if possible. This is 100% your responsibility to decide with the dealer or service center.
